Support

Need help with Veliome? Start here, or email us directly at hello@veliome.com and we'll get back to you.

Managing your subscription

Veliome Premium is billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your plan: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Veliome. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Restoring a purchase

Reinstalled the app or switched devices? Open Veliome → Profile → Restore Purchases to restore an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.

Your data

Veliome doesn't require an account, and your logs are stored on your device rather than on our servers. Deleting the app removes your local data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changing language

Go to Profile → Language inside the app to switch the interface language.

Report a bug or request a feature

Email hello@veliome.com with your device model and iOS version if you're reporting a bug — screenshots help a lot.
